Week 7: Day 1: Joyful

Easy day.  Just strength training and stretching.

My shoulders and back were really tense because of stress, so I only did one set of weight exercises.

25 crunches
25 bicep curls
50 tricep extensions
25 leg lifts, each leg
50 shoulder presses
+ stretching

Total: 15 minutes
calories burned: 70
